If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address and instructions. Please do not ship a return before receiving instructions.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
For health and safety reasons, opened supplement products cannot be restocked and are generally not eligible for return. If something is wrong with your product, contact us anyway — we review these situations case by case and will work with you to find a fair resolution.
This policy applies to retail orders placed through our members portal (members.hwipson.ca). Partner and wholesale orders may be subject to separate terms presented at enrollment or in the applicable agreement. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
